Files are stored in .pdf format.
If you have installed Adobe Reader,
click a link to open the file for reading.

To download and save a .pdf file:
(1) Right-click the download link.
(2) Choose "Save Target As..." (or "Save Link As...") from the pop-up menu.
(3) In the "Save As" dialog box, select a location and filename on your hard drive.
(4) Then click "Save".

To access archive files in .pdf format you will need Adobe Reader (free).
Click the icon to download the latest version of Adobe Reader.
